Recruitment Matters was established in Harare, Zimbabwe in September 2010 and has since grown, expanding to Zambia in April 2015 and South Africa in January 2017.
The Executive team is made up of highly experienced Consultants / Executive Talent Consultants with over 40 years of combined recruitment experience behind them, from a local, regional and international basis.
