Job Description
Oversee cash Books and Bank Reconciliations
Management of Intercompany Accounts
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing general ledger account information
Debtors Reconciliations
Sorting Debtors Queries.
Tax Returns Computations
Perform Stock Takes and produce relevant reports
Analyse business operations, financial commitments, costs, revenues, and trends to develop projections for future revenue and expenses
Stock Inputs and Supplier Account Reconciliations and Sorting supplier queries
Key Skills
Good oral & written communication skills and be able to work under pressure
Must have good knowledge of Excel / PASTEL and work spreadsheets
Knowledge of SAGE 300
Ability to generate accounting reports on excel
Good leadership qualities and ability to lead a team
Good with numbers and have good analytical skills
A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to follow procedures
Must be able to deliver results against key targets
Required Skills
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in FMCG (Cold storage industry) an added advantage
