Job Description
Be the liaison between the store and the sales representative.
Be the Dulux brand ambassador in the assigned store.
Assist customers with product and colour choice.
Assist the store in ordering stock.
Maintaining and reporting on daily sales.
Cleaning Dulux shelf space and ensuring that all product is in a presentable state.
Assist with product launches and installations of promotional point of sale material in participating outlets.
Receiving and communicating customer issues and complaints to the Sales representative.
Maintaining stocks of colour cards, fan decks and training material.
Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of paint and accessories is an advantage.
Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Excellent knowledge of English, Shona.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 A’ Level passes
A qualification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
Must be COVID-19 vaccinated with at least two doses.
