Our client is looking for an HR Officer to join their team immediately in Bulawayo.


Recruitment Selection and Placement
Industrial Relations Management
Performance Management
Training and Development
Manpower Planning
HR Administration and Staff Welfare
Payroll administration- fully conversant with Payday payroll system in terms of the end to end processes.


Key Skills
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Required Skills

At least 2-3 years work experience and strong in Industrial relations Proficient in English, Ndebele and Shona
